Role Description The פיתוח קריירה וקשרי מעסיקים (talent bridge) role at CYBERLABS is a full-time, on-site position based in Herzliya. This role focuses on building and maintaining relationships with employers, identifying hiring needs, and creating structured pathways from training programs into relevant job opportunities. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating career development activities, organizing networking events and employer visits, supporting learners with CV preparation and interview readiness, and tracking placement outcomes. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to align training content with market demands, representing CYBERLABS in professional forums, and continuously expanding the employer network to improve hiring opportunities for participants.

Qualifications

• Experience in employer relations, career development, or talent placement, preferably in the tech or cyber sector.
• Strong relationship-building, networking, and partnership management skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to guide and coach learners on job search strategies, CV and LinkedIn optimization, and interview preparation.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hebrew, both written and verbal.
• Proven organizational and project coordination skills, including managing events, schedules, and multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with the Israeli job market and hiring processes; understanding of cyber and technology roles is an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently on-site, take initiative, and meet measurable placement and partnership goals.
• Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, business, education, human resources, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
