Mertens - MalamTeam is hiring a System Team Leader for a leading organization in the Gush Dan area

Responsibilities:

Manage and lead a team of more than 5 employees, providing both professional and personal leadership

Develop work plans, define objectives, assign tasks and monitor performance

Provide professional support and guidance to team members, conduct periodic performance reviews and ensure achievement of team goals

Manage system version installations and upgrades

Collaborate with Development, Infrastructure, Cyber Security, SecOps, Monitoring, NOC, System Analysis, User and Project teams

Lead DevOps and SecOps processes, including CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and implementation of infrastructure security controls

Design and lead solutions in hybrid and public cloud environments, including AWS, Azure and GCP

Requirements:

Over 4 years of proven experience managing a technology team

Experience working in an organization with more than 1,500 users and 300 servers

Experience managing complex, multi-task work plans

Experience working in Multi-Cloud environments

Proven hands-on experience with VMware environments

Knowledge of information security infrastructure, F5 and Check Point

Full proficiency in Microsoft and Linux operating systems

Familiarity and hands-on experience with DevOps in hybrid environments
