Business Analysis & Project Manager | Alternative Investments

We’re looking for an analytical and business-oriented professional to join a growing alternative investments business in a cross-functional role combining business analysis, project management, internal controls and strategic initiatives.

This role offers broad exposure to business activity and strategic transactions, working closely with senior management and teams across Finance, Legal, Investments, Operations, Marketing and Risk. You’ll identify opportunities for improvement, translate business needs into actionable requirements and lead initiatives that enhance processes, controls and decision-making.

What you’ll do

• Analyze business processes, identify gaps and opportunities, and drive improvements across the organization.
• Lead cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives from requirements gathering through implementation.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements, process documentation and functional specifications.
• Conduct business and operational analysis, using financial and operational data to support decision-making.
• Support strategic transactions and initiatives in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Strengthen internal controls and support the implementation of effective control mechanisms.
• Work with business systems, reporting tools and data-driven solutions to improve organizational effectiveness.
• Coordinate with external vendors and implementation partners to deliver business and technology initiatives.

What you bring

• A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering & Management or a related field.
• Experience in a financial environment, such as investments, insurance, capital markets or asset management.
• Experience in business analysis, project management, process mapping or business requirements definition.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial and operational data.
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects without direct managerial authority.
• Excellent business writing skills and strong Hebrew and English communication skills.
