The Elevate™ System is multi-disciplinary, involving mechanical engineering, materials science, electrical engineering, software, algorithms, and state-of-the-art catheter fabrication techniques. As we approach commercial manufacturing and scale-up, we're expanding our Operations, Engineering, Clinical Support, R&D, and Marketing teams. We are looking for an Equipment Specialist to join our Engineering team.

In this role, you will be Responsible for overseeing maintenance, calibration, and management of production equipment, jigs, and fixtures to ensure optimal operational performance, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies for maintenance, equipment upgrades, and jig/fixture duplication.
• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance, including hands-on tasks and coordination with internal teams and external vendors.
• Manage calibration schedules, review and approve reports, and maintain compliance documentation.
• Oversee the lifecycle of jigs and fixtures, from design and assembly to usage and replacement, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Control inventory, storage, and procurement of equipment, jigs, fixtures, and spare parts.
• Maintain accurate records in ERP/QMS systems and provide regular updates to management.
• Write and perform Installation Qualification (IQ) protocols.
• Provide rapid troubleshooting and technical support to the production line in the event of malfunctions.

Requirements

• Engineering technical degree in Mechanical/Electronics or equivalent; calibration certifications - must.
• 3+ years of experience in maintenance and calibration, preferably in a medical device environment- must.
• Strong technical skills, with proficiency in ERP/QMS systems.
• Excellent coordination and communication abilities.
