What You’ll Be Doing

As part of your role, your responsibilities will include:

• Develop and own the B2C digital marketing strategy, driving growth across paid, owned, and earned channels.
• Oversee acquisition and retention campaigns, optimizing performance across PPC, SEO, affiliates, programmatic, social, and CRM.
• Leverage data, analytics, and experimentation to inform strategy and continuously improve ROI.
• Ensure digital brand consistency and storytelling across all touchpoints, tailored to regional market nuances.
• Partner with product, design, and tech teams to create seamless, data-informed customer journeys.
• Advance marketing automation, segmentation, and personalization to maximize lifetime value.
• Manage global agency and platform relationships, ensuring best-in-class campaign delivery and spend efficiency.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, identifying opportunities for differentiation and growth.
• Champion innovation and test emerging digital channels.

Essential Skills You’ll Bring To The Table

The necessary skills that we require for this role include:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively
• Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams, with a focus on achieving shared goals
• Expertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a track record of delivering on time and within scope
• Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring high standards of quality in all outputs
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and priorities, maintaining effectiveness in dynamic situations
• 8+ years’ experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven success driving customer growth and retention in high-volume, fast-paced industries (iGaming, entertainment, fintech, or e-commerce preferred).
• Strong grasp of digital acquisition channels, data analytics, attribution, and MarTech platforms.
• Analytical and creative thinker with a proven ability to turn insights into strategy.
• Experience managing significant marketing budgets and delivering measurable ROI.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Entrepreneurial, innovative mindset with a passion for the digital consumer landscape.
