System Analyst & System Integration Engineer – HLS

A leading enterprise is seeking an experienced System Analyst & System Integration Engineer specializing in Physical Security Systems to join Engineering Department.

Key Responsibilities

• Define, write, and maintain functional/technical specification documents (Specs), system requirements, and procurement documents for physical security, C2/VMS, and analytics systems.
• Lead engineering pilots, field trials, acceptance testing (STP/STD/STR), and integration of innovative physical security technologies (AI video analytics, thermal cameras, sensors, and complex system-of-systems).
• Collaborate closely with technology vendors, defense integrators, and internal stakeholders to evaluate and integrate cutting-edge physical security solutions.
• Perform system-level integration across VMS/LPR systems, Access Control, IP/Thermal cameras, Alarm Systems, network topologies, and databases.
• Conduct root-cause analysis for complex system-level faults in physical security environments and provide engineering solutions across multi-disciplinary platforms.

Requirements

• Proven systems-level vision and experience in multi-disciplinary physical security system integration (HLS / Electro-Optics / IT) – Mandatory.
• At least 2 years of experience in system analysis and drafting specification documents for physical security/HLS systems – Mandatory.
• Proven experience/knowledge in at least 2–3 of the following physical security domains:

VMS / LPR systems and IP / Thermal / Electro-optical cameras.

Access Control systems & identification devices (RFID, NFC, BLE).

Alarm Systems, electronic fences, and C2 (Command & Control) platforms.

• Technical proficiency in IT infrastructure: Windows Server/10, SQL query writing (SSMS), TCP/IP networking, and system connectivity topologies.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, methodological thinking, and strong verbal and written communication in English and Hebrew.
