Key Responsibilities

We’re seeking a Global Revenue Operations Project manager to join our Revenue Operations team.

The ideal candidate is a highly organized, action-oriented professional with a strategic mindset, capable of managing cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Customer Success (Post-Sales), and Overlay teams.

This role focuses on improving alignment, processes, and end-to-end sales execution across the organization.

• Project Management Expertise – Ability to define scope, set priorities, and manage timelines across multiple stakeholders.
• Business Process Understanding – Strong understanding of Sales and Post-Sales processes, customer lifecycle, and operational workflows.
• Cross-Functional Leadership – Ability to drive alignment across Sales, Customer Success, and Overlay teams.
• Problem-Solving Mindset – Analytical thinker who can identify gaps, propose solutions, and drive process improvements.
• Self-Motivated & Adaptable – Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  
  

• 2-5 years of experience as a Revenue Operations or Project Manager in Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, or similar roles.
• Strong experience in cross-functional project management.
• Deep understanding of business processes across Sales and Post-Sales environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Experience working with Salesforce (Must).
• Experience in process design, documentation, and optimization (e.g., process mapping, business requirements) (Must).
• Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA (Advantage).
