לחברה מובילה העוסקת בתכנון, בהקמה ובתחזוקה של מערכות אלקטרו־מכניות מורכבות, דרוש/ה מהנדס/ת ILS.

התפקיד עוסק בתמיכה במערכות לאורך מחזור החיים שלהן, בפרויקטים רחבי היקף של מפעלים תהליכיים, מערכי קירור תעשייתיים ותשתיות הנדסיות.

התפקיד מתאים למי שמעוניין/ת לחבר בין הנדסה, תפעול ואחזקה, ולהבטיח שמערכות תעשייתיות מורכבות תהיינה מוכנות להפעלה ולתמיכה ארוכת טווח.

• גיבוש תפיסת תמיכה ואחזקה למערכות ולציוד, משלב התכנון ועד למסירה ולהפעלה.
• ניתוח דרישות הלקוח והפרויקט והטמעת דרישות ILS בתכנון ובמסמכי הפרויקט.
• הכנת תוכניות אחזקה, הוראות הפעלה ותחזוקה, רשימות חלפים, כלי עבודה וציוד בדיקה.
• ביצוע ניתוחי אמינות, זמינות ותחזוקתיות (RAM/RAMS), לרבות זיהוי נקודות כשל והשפעתן על התפעול.
• עבודה שוטפת מול ממשקים מרובים: צוותי הנדסה, ביצוע, רכש, ספקים ולקוחות לצורך איסוף נתונים והשלמת מסמכי המערכת.
• הכנת תיעוד טכני, תיקי מערכת, רשימות ציוד וחבילות מסירה.
• תמיכה בהדרכות, היערכות להפעלה ובניית תהליכי אחזקה ותמיכה באתר.
• מעקב שוטף אחר דרישות ILS, פערים ותוצרים לאורך חיי הפרויקט.

• תואר ראשון בהנדסת מכונות, חשמל, הנדסת מערכות או תחום הנדסי רלוונטי.
• ניסיון בתפקיד ILS או בתפקיד הנדסי הכולל אחזקה, אמינות, תיעוד טכני או תמיכה במערכות.
• היכרות עם מערכות אלקטרו־מכניות תעשייתיות; ניסיון במפעלים תהליכיים או במערכות קירור תעשייתיות – יתרון משמעותי.
• יכולת קריאה והבנה מעמיקה של מפרטים טכניים, שרטוטים, רשימות ציוד ומסמכי ספקים.
• יכולת כתיבה ועריכה של מסמכים טכניים בעברית ובאנגלית.
• שליטה מלאה ביישומי Office; היכרות עם מערכות ERP או כלי ניהול תיעוד הנדסי (PLM/PDM) – יתרון.
• אנגלית טכנית ברמה גבוהה.
• סדר, דיוק, חשיבה אנליטית ויחסי אנוש מצוינים לעבודה מול ממשקים מרובים.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated ILS Engineer (Integrated Logistics Support) to join our team.

Our company specializes in the design, installation, and maintenance of complex electro-mechanical systems. In this role, you will be responsible for system supportability throughout their entire life cycle across large-scale projects, including process plants, industrial refrigeration systems, and complex engineering infrastructures.

This position bridges engineering, operations, and maintenance, ensuring complex industrial systems are fully prepared for long-term operation and lifecycle support.

• Formulate and implement maintenance and support concepts for systems and equipment, from preliminary design through commissioning and handover.
• Analyze customer and project requirements, integrating ILS specifications into engineering designs and project documentation.
• Develop maintenance plans, operation & maintenance (O&M) manuals, recommended spare parts lists (RSPL), and special tools & test equipment (STTE) lists.
• Conduct reliability, availability, and maintainability (RAM/RAMS) analyses, identifying failure points and their operational impact (FMECA).
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams—engineering, execution, procurement, suppliers, and clients—to gather technical data and finalize system deliverables.
• Author and compile technical documentation, system books, equipment lists, and handover documentation packages.
• Support technical training, operational readiness, and on-site maintenance workflow establishment.
• Track ILS milestones, resolve compliance gaps, and ensure on-time delivery of supportability packages.

• B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an ILS Engineer or in an engineering role encompassing maintenance engineering, reliability, technical documentation, or system supportability.
• Familiarity with industrial electro-mechanical systems; experience with process plants or industrial refrigeration systems – strong advantage.
• Ability to interpret complex engineering specifications, P&IDs, technical drawings, equipment lists, and vendor documentation.
• Proven experience writing and editing technical documents in both Hebrew and English.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with ERP systems or engineering document management tools (PLM/PDM/EDMS) – advantage.
• High proficiency in technical English (written and verbal).
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, organizational ability, and excellent cross-functional communication skills.
