Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Mechanical Engineer role located in Hod HaSharon. The Mechanical Engineer will design and develop mechanical components and assemblies, prepare detailed drawings, and validate designs through calculations, simulations, and testing. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with production and quality teams, supporting process improvements, and participating in R&D activities to refine existing products and develop new solutions. The role also involves coordinating with customers and internal stakeholders to align technical requirements, manage timelines, and ensure that deliverables meet performance and quality standards.
Qualifications

• Strong Mechanical Engineering foundation with practical experience in machining or mechanical assemblies.
• Proficiency in Machine Design, including designing mechanisms, assemblies, and components for manufacturability and durability.
• Hands-on experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for 3D modeling and 2D drafting.
• Ability to manage projects, coordinate tasks, and track progress to meet deadlines and quality objectives.
• Experience or interest in Research and Development (R&D), including testing, data analysis, and design optimization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Knowledge of ISO or similar quality and safety standards relevant to mechanical manufacturing.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively on-site with cross-functional teams.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; Hebrew language skills are an advantage.
• Experience in multi-industry environments or contract manufacturing is a plus.
