Role Description-

• Serving as a Control & Automation Engineer, holding end-to-end technical ownership over electrical and control systems throughout the development, modification, and retrofitting of customized manufacturing machinery.
• Leading machine automation lifecycles from concept and electrical design through to assembly, wiring validation, programming, and on-site production line commissioning.
• Developing, programming, and debugging robust PLC logic (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell, Omron, or equivalent industrial controllers).
• Designing and implementing precision motion control workflows utilizing Servo drive systems and multi-axis actuators.
• Building intuitive, operator-friendly HMI interfaces and SCADA screens for real-time machinery control and operational monitoring.
• Collaborating closely across the plant with mechanical engineers, machine designers, maintenance personnel, and production managers to maximize machine throughput and reliability.

Requirements-

• B.Sc. or Practical Engineering Degree (הנדסאי/ת) in Control, Mechatronics, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering – Mandatory
• 3 to 5 years of hands-on professional experience in industrial automation and control engineering – Mandatory
• Proven background in developing control systems for industrial machinery (from scratch or major retrofits) – Mandatory
• Strong practical proficiency in PLC programming, HMI development, and Servo motion control integration – Mandatory
• Excellent troubleshooting capabilities across industrial electrical cabinets, sensors, actuators, and communication protocols – Mandatory
• Good professional communication in English (technical reading and documentation) – Mandatory
