Production Line Support Engineer

Located in the Caesarea / Coastal District, working in a full-time operational capacity with alternating Friday coverage.

Role Description-

• Serving as a Production Line Support / Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician, joining the manufacturing operations squad to ensure operational uptime, reliability, and safety across automated production lines.
• Performing hands-on preventative maintenance (PM) and reactive troubleshooting on advanced production machinery, specialized fixtures, and cleanroom facilities.
• Conducting systematic diagnostic root-cause failure analyses and resolving multifaceted mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic anomalies in real time.
• Assembling, fine-tuning, and integrating custom mechanical jigs, functional test fixtures, and automated test benches.
• Executing precision calibrations, sensor adjustments, and maintaining thorough, compliant documentation of all maintenance workflows and technical interventions.
• Collaborating closely across the active manufacturing floor with production leads, R&D engineering squads, and specialized external subcontractors.

Requirements-

• Practical Engineering Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering – Mandatory
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing floor support and equipment maintenance – Mandatory
• Proven background in troubleshooting, root-cause failure analysis, and preventative maintenance (PM) on production machinery – Mandatory
• Hands-on proficiency resolving mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic hardware failures – Mandatory
• Experience assembling, wiring, or calibrating test fixtures, jigs, and automated/semi-automated manufacturing equipment – Mandatory
• Readiness to work full-time in Caesarea, including alternating Friday shifts – Mandatory
• Strong responsibility, technical curiosity, and good technical communication skills – Mandatory
