Technical Recruiter

Logica IT is looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our recruitment team and take part in end-to-end hiring processes for a wide range of technology roles.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, understands the importance of accurate recruitment processes, and wants to grow in the world of tech recruitment.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes
• Sourcing and screening candidates
• Conducting interviews and candidate assessments
• Supporting candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Working closely with hiring managers and leading clients
• Managing multiple recruitment processes in parallel

Must-have requirements:

• Previous experience in recruitment
• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities
• High service orientation and strong ownership

Advantage:

• Experience in technical recruitment
• Experience working with technology roles or high-tech clients
