Operational Specialist – Fighter Pilot

The Human eXperience Engineering (HXE) field within the Aviation Division is looking for an Operational Fighter Pilot Specialist.

The role is responsible for the operational and functional definition of combat systems, Command & Control (C2) systems, and next-generation advanced technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and operate complex systems with no or minimal reliance on AI, based on experience across a variety of projects and domains.
• Conduct research and develop operational concepts, task mapping, and operational scenarios while integrating project, customer, and environmental requirements.
• Apply multidisciplinary expertise, with an understanding of Human Factors Engineering and UX design.
• Work according to structured methodologies, processes, and clearly defined work practices.
• Collaborate closely with customers, development teams, and various industry organizations in Israel and abroad.
• Prepare for and participate in design reviews.

Requirements

• Graduate of the Israeli Air Force Fighter Operations Division (Fighter Pilot / Fighter Navigator) – Mandatory
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering – Aeronautical, Electrical, Software, or Industrial Engineering & Management – Significant Advantage
• In-depth understanding and proven experience working with avionics systems, Command & Control (C2) systems, sensors, or complex airborne systems – Mandatory
• Ability to analyze and translate complex operational scenarios into structured and systematic workflows – Mandatory
• High level of English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking) – Mandatory
• Previous experience as an Operational Analyst / Operational Specialist – Significant Advantage
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working within multidisciplinary teams
