Role Description-

• Serving as a Senior AI / Python Software Engineer, joining an innovative core engineering squad and reporting directly to the Team Lead.
• Architecting, developing, and deploying cutting-edge Agentic AI systems and multi-agent workflows integrated into carrier-grade networking and cloud platforms.
• Building complex autonomous agent orchestrations utilizing modern frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or Google GenAI/ADK.
• Developing high-scale, resilient backend microservices and distributed data pipelines primarily in Python.
• Deploying, orchestrating, and scaling containerized agent workloads and services natively on Kubernetes (K8s).
• Collaborating cross-functionally with system architects, core networking engineers, and product teams to pioneer autonomous reasoning and automated problem resolution across telecom infrastructures.

Requirements-

• 5 years of experience in software development – Mandatory
• Deep, proven hands-on software development experience in Python – Mandatory
• Practical, hands-on experience developing with AI / LLMs / Agentic frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Prompt Engineering, or autonomous agents) – Mandatory
• Solid working experience with containerized environments and orchestration using Kubernetes – Mandatory
• Strong foundational knowledge of microservices architecture, REST/gRPC APIs, and distributed cloud systems – Mandatory
• Independent problem-solving abilities, high technological curiosity, and fluent communication in English (written and verbal) – Mandatory
