Role Description-

• Serving as a Senior Backend Infrastructure Software Engineer, joining the foundational Core R&D team building large-scale, mission-critical autonomous optimization platforms.
• Architecting and developing high-performance, low-latency distributed backend services primarily in Go (candidates with strong systems programming backgrounds in C++ or Rust are warmly welcomed).
• Engineering deep integrations and control planes operating natively across Kubernetes (K8s) and complex Multi-Cloud infrastructures (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Designing and scaling high-throughput distributed systems capable of analyzing real-time cloud telemetry and orchestrating dynamic container resource allocation in production.
• Implementing telemetry, monitoring, and observability pipelines utilizing tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
• Taking full technical ownership from system design to high-scale production deployment alongside an elite squad of engineers.

Requirements-

• At least 4 years of experience as a Software Engineer developing complex, technically demanding, and large-scale systems – Mandatory
• Proven hands-on software development expertise in backend or systems programming (strong experience in Go, C++, or Rust – Go experience is not a prerequisite) – Mandatory
• Solid hands-on background and architectural understanding of Cloud-Native technologies, container environments, and Kubernetes (K8s) – Mandatory
• Practical experience developing and deploying scalable cloud-based applications / distributed systems – Mandatory
• B.Sc. in Computer Science from a leading academic institution OR relevant military service as a Software Engineer in an elite IDF technological unit – Mandatory
• High degree of technical ownership, collaborative mindset, and fluent communication in English (written and verbal) – Mandatory
