Key Responsibilities

• Continuous monitoring and oversight of information security and cybersecurity systems.
• Performing initial incident response actions in accordance with established procedures and playbooks.
• Opening, documenting, managing, and escalating security incidents.
• Working with SIEM, SOAR, EDR, and other information security systems.
• Analyzing logs and security events from network systems, endpoints, servers, user accounts, and enterprise systems.
• Collaborating with Tier 2 and Tier 3 teams, Incident Response (IR) teams, Cyber Threat Intelligence teams, infrastructure teams, and other technical stakeholders.
• Participating in incident investigations, post-incident reviews, lessons-learned sessions, and the implementation of corrective actions.
• Working in shifts as part of a 24/7 Security Operations Center (SOC).
• Rotating between morning, evening, and night shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Job Requirements

• At least one year of hands-on experience working with SIEM and SOAR systems.
• Familiarity with EDR, Firewall, Proxy, and WAF technologies.
• Solid understanding of networking protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, and HTTP/HTTPS.
• Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Ability to read, analyze, and investigate logs and information security events.
• Basic understanding of authentication processes, Active Directory, and identity management.
• Availability and willingness to work rotating 24/7 shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
