Located in the Central District directly adjacent to primary train transit, operating on a flexible hybrid model with approximately two days working from home.

Role Description

• Serving as VP Product / Director of Product, reporting directly to the CEO and joining the company’s executive management team, leading the overall product strategy and vision.
• Managing, mentoring, and scaling a dedicated team of 3 Product Managers while maintaining significant personal ownership (~40% hands-on) over core strategic initiatives.
• Leading end-to-end product lifecycle execution across both Inbound (working closely with R&D, AI researchers, and UX) and Outbound (customer engagements, market analysis, positioning, and go-to-market strategies) on a balanced 50/50 basis.
• Driving the roadmap and feature execution for a multi-tenant, enterprise-grade B2B Web SaaS platform powered by proprietary AI and computer vision models.
• Translating complex technical capabilities and industrial domain requirements into crisp PRDs, data-informed roadmaps, and measurable business KPIs.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to drive global customer adoption, retention, and expansion.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technological discipline – Mandatory
• 10+ years of dedicated professional experience as a Product Manager in the tech industry – Mandatory
• 3+ years of proven leadership experience directly managing a team of Product Managers – Mandatory
• Demonstrated track record managing and scaling B2B, SaaS, and Web-based software products – Mandatory
• Proven background balancing Inbound execution (technical roadmaps, agile delivery with R&D) with Outbound capabilities (customer discovery, enterprise client interactions, market feedback) – Mandatory
• Strong strategic vision combined with high comfort operating hands-on within a fast-moving, high-ownership environment – Mandatory
• Fluent, executive-level communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English (written and verbal) – Mandatory
