Retail Media Sales Manager

A leading Israeli E-Commerce and Advertising platform is looking for an experienced, driven Retail Media Sales Manager to lead commercial growth, expand market presence, and drive strategic partnerships with top brands, advertisers, and media agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Commercial Growth: Drive hands-on end-to-end sales processes, hitting revenue targets through client acquisition and account expansion.
• Business Development: Build and nurture high-level relationships with brands, importers, retailers, and advertising agencies.
• Solution Selling: Pitch existing and new media products, including data-driven advertising solutions and high-intent placements.
• Product Monetization: Gather market feedback and collaborate with product teams to commercialize innovative media products.
• Strategic Account Management: Develop tailored commercial proposals and close high-value deals.

Requirements:

• 4–5+ years of experience in digital media sales, ad-tech solutions, or commercial media sales.
• Proven track record selling to brands, advertisers, and/or working closely with advertising agencies in Israel.
• Deep understanding of the Israeli advertising landscape, media budget allocation, and campaign KPIs.
• Strong background or familiarity with E-commerce, Retail, or Consumer Electronics/Appliances markets.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
