Job Title: Technical Co-Founder / CTO (Stealth AI Startup)

Company Description:

We are a stealth-mode startup building a next-generation AI voice assistant and operational engine that seamlessly connects personal execution with end-to-end business automation. Our platform processes multi-lingual, low-latency voice interactions and executes complex, autonomous workflows integrated with enterprise ecosystems (CRMs, ERPs, and financial engines).

Role Description:

We are looking for a visionary Technical Co-Founder / CTO to own and lead our core technology, infrastructure, and engineering vision. As a founding partner, you will drive the system architecture, build our high-throughput AI engine, and scale the engineering team from the ground up.

In this role, you will:

• Architect, build, and scale our core AI voice & automation platform from Day 1.

• Design low-latency streaming audio pipelines, integrating state-of-the-art LLMs, real-time STT/TTS, and complex workflow orchestration.

• Establish robust, secure, and highly scalable backend architectures and API frameworks for enterprise integrations.

• Lead all core technical decisions, tech stack selection, and engineering best practices.

• Recuit, mentor, and lead a world-class team of engineers as the company scales.

• Partner directly with the founding team to translate market needs into a resilient, high-performance product.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record in senior engineering leadership (VP R&D, Director of Engineering, Tech Lead, or Technical Founder).

• Deep hands-on background in Software Engineering, Computer Science, and System Architecture.

• Experience designing and scaling complex distributed systems, high-throughput cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and production-grade APIs.

• Strong familiarity or hands-on experience with AI/ML architectures, Voice AI, real-time data streaming, or LLM pipeline orchestration.

• B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical elite tech background.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition and drive to build a market-defining technology platform.
