Role Description The Project Manager and Site Supervisor is responsible for leading and overseeing construction and engineering projects from initiation to completion. Day-to-day tasks include planning project timelines and resources, coordinating with clients, contractors, and suppliers, and monitoring progress on-site to ensure compliance with plans, safety regulations, and quality standards. The role involves managing budgets, preparing progress reports, addressing technical and operational issues, and ensuring that all work aligns with relevant codes and regulations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nes Ziona, requiring regular presence at project locations and close collaboration with field teams and office staff.
Qualifications

• Experience in project management within construction or engineering, including planning, scheduling, and budget control.
• Background in site supervision, including quality assurance, safety oversight, and coordination of contractors and subcontractors.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients, consultants, regulatory bodies, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and engineering documentation, and to solve practical problems on-site.
• Relevant academic qualification in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• Proficiency with project management and office software (e.g., MS Project, Excel, Word) and familiarity with digital reporting tools.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, make decisions under time constraints, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of local building codes, standards, and permitting processes; prior experience in the Israeli construction sector is an advantage.
