A successful company in the payments and financial infrastructure sector, operating mission-critical systems for Israel’s financial ecosystem, is looking for an experienced Network Engineer to join its team.

📍 Holon | Hybrid (1 day work from home) | Full-time

📞 On-call availability, including weekends, is required

Responsibilities:

• Maintain, manage, and operate the organization's network and information security infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in a production environment with a hands-on approach.
• Manage and maintain enterprise networking equipment, including routers and switches.
• Operate and support load balancers (F5/Alteon) and advanced firewall solutions.
• Monitor, control, and optimize network performance.
• Collaborate closely with IT, Information Security, Infrastructure teams, and external vendors.
• Participate in technology projects, network implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Provide on-call support and respond to critical incidents when required.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience as a Network Engineer – Mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco routers and switches (Layer 2/3) – Mandatory.
• Experience operating and maintaining F5 or Alteon Load Balancers – Mandatory.
• Experience operating and maintaining Check Point, Palo Alto, or Fortinet firewalls – Mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols, including BGP, EIGRP, TCP/IP, IPSEC, and GRE.
• Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining secure enterprise communication networks.
• Ability to work independently in a complex, fast-paced, and highly collaborative environment.
