Product Engineer (Part-Time) — Jerusalem

We’re looking for our first tech hire to build and improve digital products across the Qlear family. It's a unique + non-traditional role!

This is a hands-on role for someone who combines strong programming skills with an excellent eye for design and UI/UX. You’ll work directly with the CEO to turn early, AI-built products into efficient, scalable, production-grade platforms—and create new features, portals, web apps, native apps, and websites from scratch.

Because we’re a very small team, this role requires exceptional independence and a true rosh gadol. There is currently no separate product manager, designer, or architect. You’ll help determine what should be built, design the experience, solve unclear problems, and bring the product to life.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience building polished portals, websites, or applications from scratch
• Strong full-stack development capabilities
• MUST HAVE: Excellent visual judgment and understanding of UI/UX, strong eye for design
• Ability to build both web and iOS/Android applications
• Experience using AI development tools to move quickly, test ideas, and improve productivity
• Ability to turn loosely defined needs into thoughtful, practical products
• Independent, creative, resourceful, and eager to learn
• Comfortable owning products from concept through production

Role details:

• Part-time: approximately 20 hours per week
• ₪8,000–₪10,000 per month, based on relevant experience
• Opportunity for stock options
• At least three days per week in our Jerusalem office—a beautiful penthouse in Ramat Eshkol
• Opportunity to grow into a full-time role with increased compensation
• Additional specialists will be hired as the product family expands

This is an ideal opportunity for a creative builder who wants significant ownership and the chance to develop useful technology that can make Israel’s real-estate landscape more efficient.
