Sales & Business Development Manager

A leading international company in the catering and facilities management sector is looking for a Sales & Business Development Manager to lead new business opportunities, manage sales processes, and close deals.

About the Role:

• Identify and develop business opportunities, from initial prospecting through deal closure.
• Manage sales processes, negotiations, and contract closures.
• Analyze business information and prepare for meetings, including presentations, commercial proposals, and marketing materials.
• Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients while enhancing the customer experience.
• Drive cross-functional processes and projects with various stakeholders across the organization.
• Maintain ongoing interaction with clients and internal interfaces.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, or operational experience within the institutional catering industry.
• Academic degree - mandatory.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and deal-closing capabilities.
• Assertiveness combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
• High proficiency in data analysis, presentation preparation, and development of business proposals.
