System Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end systems analysis processes, from project initiation and requirements gathering through implementation and production deployment.
• Gather, analyze, and define business requirements in close collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Prepare detailed functional and technical specifications.
• Work closely with development, QA, infrastructure teams, and external vendors.
• Support development and testing activities, providing professional guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Analyze complex business processes and recommend effective system solutions.
• Translate business needs into practical system requirements while considering system capabilities, constraints, and dependencies.
• Independently manage tasks and drive initiatives in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
• Ensure alignment between business needs, technical solutions, and project objectives.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Systems Analysis within a medium-sized or large organization.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end systems analysis processes, from requirements gathering and specification writing through development support, testing, and production deployment.
• Experience working with business stakeholders, development teams, and multiple cross-functional interfaces.
• Ability to translate business needs into system solutions while understanding system capabilities and technical constraints.
• Strong end-to-end perspective combined with excellent attention to detail.
• High learning agility and the ability to quickly understand complex systems and new business domains.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Strong professional assertiveness and the ability to engage in constructive discussions with business stakeholders, present alternatives, and establish clear professional boundaries when needed.
• Experience supporting development teams and providing professional guidance throughout the development lifecycle.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team-oriented approach.
