Data Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Data Project Manager to take ownership of leading data-related projects and initiatives — from understanding business needs through solution design and implementation.

This is a key role at the intersection of business, technology, and data, requiring strong stakeholder management skills, technical orientation, and the ability to drive processes across business units and senior management.

What You’ll Do

• Lead data projects and initiatives end-to-end, from requirements gathering and process definition through implementation.
• Work closely with diverse business units, each with its own business needs, processes, systems, and data architecture.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and senior management to understand needs and translate them into effective technology and data solutions.
• Work across core organizational systems, enterprise data platforms, and internal business applications.
• Prioritize tasks and initiatives based on business value, urgency, and organizational priorities.
• Work in an Agile environment, including sprints, KPIs, and performance metrics.
• Take a hands-on approach, with a strong understanding of data systems, processes, and technologies.
• Identify the most appropriate solutions by maintaining a broad understanding of organizational systems, processes, and data flows.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in data-related roles – required.
• 4+ years of experience leading technology projects or initiatives – required.
• Proven experience working with business stakeholders and senior management.
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks according to business needs and priorities.
• High level of independence, initiative, ownership, and accountability.
• Strong systemic thinking and ability to see the bigger picture.
• Strong technological orientation and hands-on approach.
• Experience working with Snowflake – an advantage.
• Experience in financial data – an advantage.
