Become a Partner and Business Unit Manager with The Alternative Board (TAB) Israel, the world’s leading peer advisory and executive development platform. You will facilitate monthly peer advisory boards, deliver high‑impact executive coaching, and guide SMEs toward sustainable growth, alignment, and leadership excellence.

🔹 What You Will Do

• Facilitate monthly peer advisory boards that drive business growth, accountability, and strategic clarity

• Deliver personalized executive coaching to business owners and senior managers

• Lead strategic workshops that strengthen leadership teams and accelerate managers

• Use TAB’s proprietary Blueprint platform to help clients define goals, close gaps, and execute strategy

• Build and grow a client base through high‑trust networking and referrals

• Operate your own TAB Business Unit with the support of TAB’s proven global systems, tools, and community
