At Able Intelligence, we build the Manufacturing Central Brain — deploying autonomous, on-premise AI agent systems directly onto factory floors. We connect operational telemetry (SCADA, MES, ERP) with tribal operator knowledge to enable real-time, autonomous decision-making in mission-critical industrial environments. What You'll Do:

• Build and scale the core architecture of our on-premise agent platform and execution sandboxes.

• Develop low-latency industrial data ingestion pipelines (OPC UA, SCADA, ERP, streaming telemetry).

• Design hybrid memory engines (GraphRAG, vector, temporal).

• Integrate state-of-the-art LLMs/SLMs into reliable, deterministic on-premise reasoning loops.

• Build clean backend microservices (Python/FastAPI) and collaborate across the full stack.

Who You Are:

• Core Engineering: 3+ years of hands-on software development experience with clean architecture, robust API design, and distributed systems.

• Python Pro: Deep proficiency with modern Python (asyncio, type hints, FastAPI, pytest).

• AI & LLM Foundations: Hands-on experience with LLM/SLM application development (structured outputs/function calling, RAG pipelines, agentic workflows).

• Systems Mindset: Comfortable with Docker, Linux environments, SQL/NoSQL databases, and data streaming.

• Location: Based in or able to commute regularly to our Beer Sheva office.

Bonus Points (Optional):

• Background in tech startups or technological IDF units (8200, 81, Mamram, Matzpen, etc.) — an advantage, but not required.

• Experience with industrial data, edge computing, or air-gapped deployments.

• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
