Role Description The Class Teacher is a full-time, on-site role. The teacher will plan and deliver engaging lessons, assess student progress, and adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs. Daily responsibilities include managing classroom activities, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment, and supporting students’ academic and social development. The role also involves collaborating with colleagues and school leadership, communicating regularly with families, and contributing to school initiatives and events. The Class Teacher is expected to model professional conduct, uphold school policies, and participate in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Teaching and Education skills, with experience delivering age-appropriate instruction.
• Candidates should possess effective Lesson Planning skills, including designing structured, engaging, and differentiated learning activities.
• Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for interacting with students, families, and colleagues.
• Candidates should possess Training and mentoring skills to support students’ growth and collaborate with fellow educators.
• Relevant teaching certification or licensure and a degree in Education or a related field are preferred.
• Experience working in classroom settings, with diverse student populations, and familiarity with holistic or innovative curricula is beneficial.
• Strong classroom management, organizational abilities, and a student-centered approach to teaching are advantageous.
• Fluency in English and Hebrew, or strong proficiency in at least one with willingness to improve the other, is beneficial.
