Senior Full Stack Engineer

The Opportunity

We are building the future of game development at the intersection of gaming, generative AI and scalable cloud infrastructure. Our goal is to fundamentally change how games are built and deployed.

This is NOT a maintenance role. You won't be joining a large team to own a minor feature or manage legacy tech debt.

As a core engineering hire, you will partner directly with the founders to architect and build our platform from the ground up: core game logic, backend infrastructure and AI-powered content pipelines. If you want to make major architectural calls, ship at startup speed and shape the technical DNA of a company before the concrete sets, this is your seat.

You will work closely with our Technical Artist: you own the game logic, client architecture, backend and AI pipelines; they own the visual layer (effects, animation and presets) built on top of it.

• Game engine and logic: dynamic, scalable game creation systems, core game logic and responsive player-facing game clients.
• GenAI workflows: pipelines that generate, transform and manage game assets, configurations and structured AI outputs.
• Studio and admin tools: internal dashboards and tooling for fast iteration, monitoring, configuration and game lifecycle management.
• Backend and cloud infrastructure: event-driven services, APIs and cloud-native infrastructure that scale from prototype to production.

• Technical authority: you are part of the founding technical team. Your decisions will shape our stack, infrastructure and engineering practices for years to come.
• AI-first environment: we don't just build AI products, we develop with AI, using agentic coding and automation tools to move fast.
• Zero bureaucracy: prototype, test, learn and ship. Engineering here directly shapes product and business outcomes, not just tickets.

• 5+ years of full stack engineering, with a track record of shipping production-grade applications.
• Strong ownership: you work independently, turn unclear product needs into working systems, and know when to invest in the right architecture and when to ship fast.

• Strong Node.js and/or Python.
• Scalable backend services, REST APIs, microservices and event-driven systems, with clean, maintainable architecture.
• Integrating external APIs, SDKs, AI services and third-party platforms, such as casino platform or wallet integrations.

• Strong modern JavaScript / TypeScript, with React, Vue or a similar component-based framework.
• Building polished, responsive interfaces, admin dashboards and operational tools.

• AWS or GCP. Docker required; Kubernetes is a strong plus.
• Relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB and Redis.
• Security, performance, observability and scalable deployment practices.

• GenAI: hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini or open-source models), structured / JSON-schema outputs, image or asset-generation workflows, and automated content pipelines.
• AI-assisted development: daily use of agentic coding tools.
• Interactive and game development: Canvas, WebGL, PixiJS, Phaser or real-time game state logic.
• iGaming: slot games, remote gaming servers (RGS), casino platform integrations or regulated gaming systems.
