Finance & Operations Associate

The Moshal Program is a non-profit organization and is looking for a Finance & Operations Associate for a hands-on role combining finance, operations, and data.

The role includes managing day-to-day financial processes, payments and procurement, tracking student scholarships, budget monitoring, and maintaining financial data and systems.

The position involves working closely with universities, suppliers, and internal teams and reports to the Finance Manager.

This is a position of trust requiring a high level of integrity, discretion, accuracy, and personal responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage financial operations, payments, procurement, purchase orders, and suppliers.
• Track student scholarships and payments, including reconciliations with academic institutions.
• Monitor budget performance, identify variances, and prepare data for forecasts, reporting, and audits.
• Maintain accurate and complete data in Salesforce and support process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A Law degree in addition is an advantage.
• Previous experience in an operational or financial role of 1-2 years.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills.
• Experience with AI tools for data analytics.
• Highly organized, accurate, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
• Good command of English.
• Experience with ERP systems or Salesforce is an advantage.
• Action oriented, self-motivated and can-do approach.
• A team player.
