Senior iGaming Backend Engineer / RGS Architect

Saycove is an independent B2B iGaming studio developing original casino games with distinctive gameplay mechanics and robust backend systems.

We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Backend Engineer / Game Architect to help develop and scale our technical infrastructure, with a strong focus on game server architecture and integrations with casino operators and aggregators.

• Design, develop, and optimize backend architecture for online casino games.
• Build and maintain Remote Game Server (RGS) functionality.
• Develop API integrations with casino operators, aggregators, and gaming platforms.
• Implement secure wallet integrations, including bets, payouts, refunds, transaction reconciliation, and error recovery.
• Ensure reliable game settlement, RNG integrity, and transaction security.
• Improve backend scalability, performance, monitoring, and reliability.
• Prepare technical documentation and support integration testing and certification processes.
• Collaborate with our development team on current and upcoming games.

• Strong backend engineering experience with production systems.
• Experience in the iGaming industry, preferably with casino game providers, operators, or aggregators.
• Understanding of Remote Game Servers (RGS) and casino gaming APIs.
• Experience with transactional systems, wallet integrations, and secure API communication.
• Proficiency in Node.js / TypeScript or comparable backend technologies.
• Experience with SQL databases, cloud infrastructure, and distributed systems.
• Strong understanding of security, concurrency, error handling, and system architecture.
• Ability to independently design and implement technical solutions.

• Previous experience integrating games with platforms such as SOFTSWISS, Hub88, EveryMatrix, or similar aggregators.
• Experience with RNG-based casino games, mathematical models, and RTP verification.
• Familiarity with GLI-19 or other relevant iGaming technical standards.
• Experience preparing casino games for real-money environments and certification.
• Previous experience at an established B2B iGaming game studio.

Work directly with Saycove's development team on original gaming products, contributing to technical architecture, game infrastructure, and integration capabilities.

We're looking for someone who combines strong engineering skills with practical knowledge of the iGaming ecosystem.
