Company Description Vayon AI is an enterprise AI control platform that enables organizations to discover, govern, secure, and operate their AI use across the business. It connects employees, developers, business applications, and AI agents through a shared governance framework that brings clarity and control to AI adoption. The platform helps organizations understand AI usage, apply policy to governed requests before execution, route between local and approved cloud models, track usage and estimated costs, and preserve decision evidence. Designed to run in customer-controlled infrastructure, Vayon AI supports enterprise AI programs with visibility, operational control, and accountability, based on connected sources, supported integrations, and configured policies.

Role Description Vayon AI is seeking an Israel-based Co-Founder & CEO to lead business strategy, fundraising, commercial execution and company building. You will partner with the founder, who leads product and technology and can support initial sales and deployments in Israel.

The company has an existing product and is currently pre-funding. Initial priorities include securing the first paying enterprise customers, developing a focused go-to-market strategy and raising capital. Following funding, the CEO will build the team and lead expansion into the US enterprise market.

Responsibilities include personally advancing early customer opportunities, developing pricing and positioning, leading investor discussions and due diligence, building partnerships with integrators and other commercial channels, and establishing the operating plan and team. You will work closely with the founder to align commercial priorities with product development.

Qualifications

- A proven track record of winning enterprise software customers in the US, with a strong preference for cybersecurity, AI infrastructure or governance solutions.

- Experience securing early customers for a startup with limited resources.

- Early-stage fundraising experience, with clear evidence of your personal contribution. Relevant relationships with US investors are a strong advantage.

- Experience navigating enterprise procurement, technical evaluations and senior decision-makers.

- Ability to build commercial teams, manage resources and turn strategy into measurable execution.

- Strong judgment, a collaborative working style and readiness to take on the responsibility and uncertainty of building a company.

- Based in Israel, with availability for US business hours and travel as the business develops.

Previous founder or CEO experience is a strong advantage.

Founder Arrangement

This is a co-founder opportunity with no cash salary available at this stage. Founder equity and vesting terms will be agreed as part of establishing the partnership. Any future salary will depend on available funding or sufficient revenue and will be agreed at that time.

An initial part-time arrangement may be considered, with an agreed path to full-time commitment.
