Role Description The General Foreperson is a full-time, hybrid role based in Be'er Sheva, with the flexibility to perform some duties from home as project needs allow. This role oversees daily on-site operations, coordinates crews, and ensures work is completed safely, on schedule, and according to specifications. The General Foreperson plans work activities, assigns tasks to team members, and monitors the performance of subcontractors and equipment usage. Responsibilities include reviewing project plans, ordering and organizing materials, inspecting work quality, and addressing issues as they arise. The role also involves maintaining clear communication with project managers and other stakeholders, preparing basic progress reports, and supporting compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong supervisory skills, including team leadership, task delegation, and on-site coordination.
• Candidates should possess experience with heavy equipment operations and familiarity with safe handling and maintenance of construction machinery.
• Candidates should possess effective communication skills for interacting with crew members, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess practical carpentry skills and a solid understanding of general construction methods.
• Candidates should possess maintenance skills related to construction tools, equipment, and job site upkeep.
• Relevant experience as a foreperson, site supervisor, or similar leadership role in construction.
• Strong commitment to safety and knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and basic project documentation.
• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or vocational training in construction is an advantage.
