About The Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to take ownership of large-scale PPC campaigns.

This is an exciting opportunity to manage significant advertising budgets ($100K+ per month), drive performance, and play a key role in shaping the growth of our brands.

As part of our in-house marketing team, you'll have the autonomy to make meaningful decisions, experiment with new approaches, and directly influence business results.

You'll work closely with our creative teams, combining data-driven insights with creative thinking to develop winning strategies and continuously improve performance.

Our office is located in Kiryat Ono. This is a hybrid position, including two work-from-home days per week.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing PPC campaigns, particularly on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Experimentation: Experience designing and running platform and creative experiments.
• Results-Driven: Proactive, hands-on, and focused on measurable impact.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and knowledge-sharing skills.

• Own the brand’s P&L.
• Manage the media team directly.
• Stay hands-on in campaign management, performance analysis, optimization and ongoing media activity.
• Prioritize and sync all teams relevant to the brand, including Media, CRO and Creative.
• Partner with the Business Development team to manage customer communication and relationships.
• Lead customer development and growth: identify opportunities for growth, additional platforms, creative directions, funnels or other business opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional meetings, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and execution across all stakeholders.
• Prepare monthly business reviews for management, including performance against goals, project updates, key risks, and growth opportunities.
