GRC Project Manager | Mertens - MalamTeam | Central Israel

Mertens - MalamTeam is hiring a GRC Project Manager to join a leading organization in Central Israel and lead cross-organizational GRC and information security projects and processes.

Responsibilities:

Lead projects and processes in GRC and information security

Manage and monitor third-party and supply chain risks, including controls and assessment processes

Lead penetration testing processes and periodic controls, including tracking remediation plans and closing identified gaps

Coordinate and track internal and external audit findings and manage work plans through remediation and closure

Work with business and technology stakeholders to ensure findings are fully addressed and formally closed

Validate procedures, controls, and work processes in accordance with regulatory and business requirements

Write, update, and maintain policies, procedures, guidelines, and methodologies related to information security, cybersecurity, and compliance

Collaborate regularly with audit, regulatory, information security, IT, and business teams across the organization

Requirements:

At least two years of GRC experience in a financial company or consulting firm - mandatory

Experience leading cross-organizational processes and projects across multiple stakeholders, with strong task management, organizational, and follow-up capabilities through completion

Familiarity with Bank of Israel directives, financial regulations, and relevant compliance requirements - mandatory

Familiarity with PCI-DSS and experience implementing its requirements within an organization - an advantage

Independent working capabilities and ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, multitasking environment
