Secure Development Architect | Haifa, Israel

We are looking for an experienced Secure Development Architect to join a leading technology organization in Haifa.

This is a hands-on architecture role for a security professional with strong expertise in secure software development, secure development methodologies and cloud architecture.

The ideal candidate combines strong architectural thinking with practical development experience and the ability to lead complex, cross-organizational initiatives.

• Define and drive secure software development methodologies and practices
• Design and implement secure architectures for complex software and cloud environments
• Work closely with development, architecture, security and technology teams
• Provide security guidance throughout the software development lifecycle
• Lead cross-organizational projects and initiatives
• Identify security risks and translate them into practical architectural and development solutions
• Influence security processes and standards across a large and complex organization

• Proven experience as a Security Architect / Application Security Architect / Secure Development Architect
• Strong background in Secure Software Development / Application Security
• Deep understanding of Cloud Architecture and cloud security
• Strong software development background – you know how to develop, not just review
• Experience defining or implementing secure development methodologies
• Experience working in complex enterprise environments
• Proven ability to lead projects and initiatives across multiple teams and organizational units
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with developers, architects, security professionals and business stakeholders
• A pragmatic, hands-on and solution-oriented approach

📍 Haifa, Israel

Hybrid work model: 1 day from home per week, with the possibility of an additional remote day after an established period, subject to the organization's policy.
