We’re looking for an experienced GRC & Privacy Protection Specialist to join a professional team.

What you’ll do:

• Lead regulatory compliance, gap remediation, and ISO compliance programs across information security and privacy
• • Draft and maintain security and privacy policies, standards, and compliance documentation
• • Monitor regulatory changes and lead internal and external audits
• • Manage security awareness programs, training, and phishing simulations
• • Lead risk assessments for systems and business processes and oversee remediation
• • Manage third-party and supply chain cybersecurity risks, including SCRM processes
• • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on privacy, security, and risk initiatives

What we’re looking for:

• At least 4 years of GRC experience – required
• Proven experience drafting policies and compliance documentation – required
• Strong knowledge of key security and privacy frameworks, including ISO standards, GDPR, NIST, SOC 2, and Israeli privacy regulations
• Experience in risk assessments, risk management, and internal and external information security audits
• Experience managing security awareness programs and internal training
• Excellent Hebrew and English communication and technical writing skills
• Legal or Industrial Engineering & Management background – significant advantage; experience in large organizations – advantage
• Strong cross-functional collaboration, systems thinking, and interpersonal skills
