Business & Marketing Coordinator – Phoenix Advanced Investments

As the business continues to grow, we are looking for a Business & Marketing Coordinator to join the headquarters team.

This is a diverse role offering hands-on exposure to the investment world, working closely with key business stakeholders across marketing, sales, investments and management.

What will you do?

• Work closely with sales teams and support ongoing business activity
• Prepare data, control reports and business analyses
• Create presentations and marketing and commercial materials, including materials for senior management
• Maintain and update the company website
• Provide ongoing support to sales teams and handle business-related requests
• Work with multiple stakeholders across marketing, sales, investments and management
• Support the Back Office and Middle Office activities of the marketing and sales operations
• Track performance, analyze data and generate business insights
• Develop knowledge and expertise in the alternative investments industry

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree – required
• 1–1.5 years of experience in a business, marketing, analytical or operational role
• Strong orientation toward marketing and sales
• Excellent PowerPoint skills and the ability to create high-quality presentations – required
• Good Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities
• Technological orientation and familiarity with AI tools
• High-level English – required
• Familiarity with finance, investments or insurance – an advantage
• Initiative, independence, curiosity and strong learning ability
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and a broad business perspective

Hybrid – 4 days from the office and 1 day from home, located in the 1000 Complex near Moshe Dayan, Rishon LeZion.
