A leading healthcare organization is looking for an experienced SAP ICM Team Lead & Senior Consultant for a key role combining professional leadership, hands-on SAP implementation, and the opportunity to make a significant impact on one of the organization's core financial systems.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Lead and provide professional guidance to the SAP ICM team

🔹 Take ownership of a complex system responsible for calculating and processing payments to physicians

🔹 Analyze business requirements, design processes, and implement solutions in SAP

🔹 Perform SAP customization, enhancements, and system integrations

🔹 Collaborate closely with development teams and business stakeholders

🔹 Integrate advanced AI tools into monitoring and control processes

🔹 Lead a project to develop a new portal for physicians to access payment and financial information

What We're Looking For:

✔️ At least 5 years of hands-on experience implementing SAP ICM in large organizations

✔️ Proven experience as a Lead SAP ICM Consultant

✔️ End-to-end SAP implementation experience, from requirements gathering through Go-Live and production support

✔️ Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining system interfaces

✔️ Familiarity with SAP integrations and SAP FI and HR modules

✔️ High level of English proficiency

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with SAP Business Partner (BP)
• Ability to perform ABAP debugging
