Financial Operations & Client Support Specialist - Position No. 1753

Managing business and VIP client portfolios and working closely with senior executives and leading companies. You will accompany clients throughout their entire journey—from opening an account to handling complex financial and operational tasks (such as deposits, withdrawals, foreign exchange, and securities). You will also write business activity summaries and work with internal departments—including Operations, Trading, Regulation, and Compliance—to ensure smooth and high-quality service.

About the Role:

• Handling and executing complex operational requests (deposits, withdrawals, FX, securities, etc.).
• Full responsibility for document accuracy, form filling, data entry, typing, and tracking tasks across internal teams.
• Ongoing support for VIP and business clients throughout their lifecycle (from account opening to day-to-day operations).
• Coordinating with internal departments like Operations, Trading, Regulation, and Compliance to ensure seamless service.
• Full-time, on-site position (Sunday–Thursday, 08:30–17:30), with flexibility for overtime when needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree – Mandatory (relevant field – an advantage).
• Experience in financial operations or back-office (from banks, stock exchange members or financial institutions) – Mandatory.
• Experience in Client support – Mandatory.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) – Mandatory.
• Advanced Excel skills and the ability to quickly learn complex computer systems – Mandatory.
• Detail-oriented, good at multitasking, and able to work well under pressure.
