About the role:

• Responsible for developing and managing the company’s annual budget.
• Prepare periodic reports on the company’s performance metrics and results for senior management and the Board of Directors.
• Develop multi-year financial forecasts.
• Monitor and control the company’s revenues and expenses.
• Develop compensation models for the company and its senior executives.
• Manage the settlement and reconciliation process with international organizations.
• Initiate and conduct various financial analyses.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• 2+ years of experience as an Economist- required. Experience in budgeting and P&L forecasting is an advantage.
• Full proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in analytical tools such as BusinessObjects (BO) and experience working with databases.
• Very good command of English.
• Strong analytical skills.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Assertiveness and sound decision-making skills.
• Strong business acumen, initiative, and adaptability.
