Head of Land-Based Air Defense Systems Administration – India | Missile & Space Systems Division

IAI’s Defense Systems Plant, within the Missile & Space Systems Division, is seeking a Head of Land-Based Air Defense Systems Administration – India.

The role includes:

• Managerial responsibility for the execution of programs and projects, ensuring full achievement of their objectives and targets.
• Commercial responsibility for initiating and advancing UPSELL and CROSS-SELL opportunities for land-based air defense systems in India, from opportunity identification through deal closure.
• Adopting a system-level approach and collaborating across the organization.
• Reporting directly to the Head of Air Defense Systems Administration – India.

Requirements

Mandatory requirements:

• Israeli citizenship.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited academic institution.
• At least 3 years of proven experience managing complex, multidisciplinary projects with a budget of at least $50 million and/or serving as a business or operational unit manager.
• At least 3 years of experience managing a team of at least 5 employees.
• Strong business acumen and proven experience managing business negotiations involving transactions worth at least $50 million.
• Good command of English, including speaking, reading, and writing.

Additional criteria (an advantage):

• Experience working with Indian customers.
• In-depth knowledge of the land-based air defense systems domain.
• Strong engineering understanding of complex systems in the defense and aerospace industries.
• Customer-oriented approach, with experience working with diverse and demanding customers.

• Ability to lead and engage employees in cultural and organizational change processes.
• Results-oriented approach and a strong focus on business success.
