Marketing Analyst

Wanted: Marketing Analyst for a Mobile Gaming company in the Rehovot .

This is a full-time and On-site position.

The chosen candidate will own performance marketing budgets and drive high-impact growth strategies within a fast-paced, prediction-based mobile ecosystem. This role provides substantial autonomy to lead end-to-end experimentation, test bold hypotheses, and continuously optimize user acquisition funnels through iterative trial-and-error methodologies. Working at the intersection of data, product, and business development, this individual will serve as a central growth engine powering global expansion.

Job Responsibilities:

● Own, allocate, and scale performance marketing budgets across predictive acquisition channels to consistently achieve core KPIs and maximize ROI.

● Conduct deep analytical evaluations and iterative trial-and-error testing across campaigns, creatives, and bidding strategies.

● Monitor and analyze full conversion funnels, cohort retention, and attribution trends to identify growth levers and campaign efficiencies.

● Collaborate closely with Product, Creative, and Business Development teams to translate analytical insights into actionable acquisition strategies.

Job Requirements:

● 2–4 years of hands-on experience in marketing analysis, performance marketing, or mobile user acquisition (background in AdTech is strongly preferred).

● Strong analytical and quantitative mindset with practical expertise in statistical analysis, conversion funnel metrics, and cohort evaluation.

● Proven track record of managing campaign budgets, tracking core performance indicators (e.g., ROAS, CPI, LTV, CAC), and running iterative A/B tests.

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English for day-to-day cross-functional reporting and alignment.

● High level of personal ownership, urgency, and curiosity, with the ability to thrive in a rapid, hypothesis-driven environment (prior mobile app or gaming industry experience is a major advantage).
