Log-On is hiring Help Desk Support team members to join the technical support team of a leading organization in Central Israel.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates with initial technical support experience or relevant military experience, along with a technical training background, who are looking to build their careers in IT.

What You'll Do

• Provide telephone-based technical support to end users
• Troubleshoot computer, software, and endpoint equipment issues
• Document, track, and manage support tickets
• Work with IT systems in an enterprise environment
• Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate teams

What We're Looking For

• At least 6 months of telephone-based technical support experience, or relevant military technical support experience
• Relevant technical training, such as MCSA, MCSE, CCNA, or equivalent
• Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent service orientation, communication skills, and a responsible approach
• Availability to work full-time in shifts, including occasional Fridays
• Availability to work in Central Israel
