Mainstream Media is a full-service advertising agency working with around close to 50 active brands, from government offices to retail to finance and restaurants. We do it all under one roof: paid campaigns, social media management, content and video production, photography, influencer marketing, branding, and AI-driven automations. We move fast, we care about results, and we treat every client’s budget like it’s our own.

The role

We’re looking for an Account & Campaign Manager who will fully own a portfolio of clients. You’ll be their main point of contact, run their paid campaigns hands-on, and oversee the work our social media team delivers for them. You make sure strategy turns into results, and that every client feels they’re in good hands and believes in the process.

What you’ll do

Client relationships

• Be the main point of contact and trusted partner for your clients
• Run regular client meetings, present results and explain what we’re doing and why
• Turn data into clear, simple stories that build confidence and commitment
• Manage expectations, handle concerns early, and keep clients on board through ups and downs
• Spot opportunities to grow accounts with additional services

Hands-on campaigns

• Plan, build and manage paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads and other platforms
• Own budgets, audiences, funnels and creative testing for your clients
• Monitor performance and optimize toward clear KPIs (leads, sales, CPA, ROAS)
• Maintain tracking: Pixel, Conversions API, GA4, UTMs

Social media oversight

• Oversee the social media team’s work for your clients, from content plans to publishing
• Make sure content is on brief, on brand, on time, and aligned with the campaign strategy
• Give clear feedback and direction to social managers and content creators
• Connect organic content and paid campaigns into one coherent plan

What we’re looking for

• 2+ years of experience in digital advertising, ideally in an agency
• Proven hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, with real results to show
• Experience managing client relationships and presenting to clients
• Outstanding interpersonal skills: people trust you, enjoy working with you, and come back to you
• Strong understanding of social media content and what makes it work
• Leadership skills and the ability to guide a team without micromanaging
• Highly organized, able to juggle multiple clients and deadlines
• Fluent Hebrew and good working English

Nice to have

• Experience with TikTok Ads
• Background in content or social media management
• Familiarity with AI tools and marketing automation
