Quality Control Manager

We are seeking an experienced full time Quality Control (QC) Manager to oversee quality assurance and control activities on construction projects, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, technical specifications, applicable standards, and the Integrated Management System. The construction site is at Neve Tzedek, Tel Aviv

·      Manage and implement the project Quality Control Program, including inspections, tests, and quality documentation.

·      Review material submittals and verify that delivered materials comply with approved submittals, contracts, specifications, and project drawings.

·      Coordinate site inspections, tests, audits, and quality reports with construction teams and employer representatives.

·      Identify and report non-conformities, follow up on corrective actions, and recommend continuous improvements.

·      Oversee material storage and handling in line with manufacturer recommendations and project requirements.

·      Prepare and coordinate Construction Method Statements and related quality documents for approval.

·      Lead, guide, and train quality control personnel; coordinate work allocation and monitor team performance.

·      Monitor quality objectives and process performance, and support compliance with environmental, occupational health and safety, and other applicable requirements.

·      Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture

·      At least 3 years of construction-site experience

·      Advanced technical English (Hebrew is not required)

·      Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

·      Strong knowledge of quality control processes, inspections, testing, technical specifications, and quality documentation

·      A Quality Management Systems certificate (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 18001) and Occupational Health and Safety training are preferred

·      US Army Corps of Engineers construction-related certification is an advantage

·      Strong planning, organization, teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills; disciplined and detail-oriented
