Role Description The Senior Civil Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Kiryat Gat. This role is responsible for leading civil engineering design and planning for high-tech construction projects, ensuring alignment with project requirements, safety standards, and local regulations. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and reviewing civil design drawings and specifications, coordinating stormwater management solutions, and overseeing site development and infrastructure layouts. The Senior Civil Engineer will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary project teams, provide technical guidance to civil engineers, support construction teams during execution, and participate in design reviews and value engineering. The role also involves monitoring project progress, resolving technical issues, and contributing to continuous improvement of engineering processes and standards.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design, with demonstrated ability to lead complex site and infrastructure projects.
• Experience working as part of teams of Civil Engineers, providing mentorship, technical oversight, and coordination across disciplines.
• Bachelor’s degree or practical Civil Engineering or a closely related field; professional licensure or registration is preferred.
• Proficiency with civil engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D or similar) and familiarity with high-tech or industrial facility environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders on-site.
• Proven ability to work safely and collaboratively in an on-site construction environment, managing deadlines and multiple priorities.
