Microsoft System Engineer

We're looking for a Microsoft System Engineer to join a large-scale enterprise infrastructure team.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end IT infrastructure solutions, including greenfield deployments and infrastructure configuration.
• Integrate complex systems and participate in the architecture of enterprise-level environments.
• Manage and support core Microsoft technologies, including Active Directory, Exchange, Microsoft 365, and Entra ID.
• Administer Windows Server environments (2012-2025), including deployment, maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• Develop automation processes and infrastructure scripts, primarily using PowerShell.
• Work closely with infrastructure, security, and operations teams to ensure a stable and secure environment.
• Participate in infrastructure modernization and cloud adoption initiatives.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar System Engineering role within a large enterprise environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft infrastructure technologies.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and Intune.
• Deep knowledge of Active Directory and enterprise identity management.
• Experience supporting large-scale server environments and enterprise users.
• Strong understanding of information security principles and infrastructure protection mechanisms.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and service-oriented mindset.

Advantageous Experience:

• Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS)
• DHCP, IIS, Certificate Authority (CA), and Kerberos
• Virtualization platforms, preferably Nutanix
• Exchange On-Premises to Exchange Online migration projects
• Linux administration
• OpenShift environments
