Bookkeeper

A leading global company is looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join its Accounts Payable team.

This is a hands-on accounting role focused on supplier accounts and ongoing financial operations, including regular communication with international vendors and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage ongoing accounts payable activities as part of the suppliers accounting team.
• Handle supplier invoices, payments, reconciliations, and ongoing bookkeeping processes.
• Work regularly with international suppliers and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and support ongoing financial processes.
• Perform supplier account reconciliations and follow up on outstanding items.
• Work closely with internal finance teams and relevant business interfaces.
• Use Excel for ongoing financial analysis, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Support additional bookkeeping activities according to department needs.

Required Qualifications

• Type 3 Bookkeeping Certificate / Certified Senior Bookkeeper, Accounting qualification, or relevant academic background in Economics – must.
• At least 5 years of experience in supplier accounting / Accounts Payable – must.
• Excellent English, including speaking, reading, and writing – must.
• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP – must.
• Strong accuracy, organization, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
