User Acquisition Manager

Apomeds is a fast-growing telemedicine company making online medical consultations and prescription treatment simple, secure and discreet for patients across Europe.

We're looking for a hands-on User Acquisition Manager to own paid growth end to end. You'll run campaigns across Meta, Native, Adult and new channels, manage significant budgets, and turn data into decisions that move CPA, ROAS and LTV.

This is not a role for someone who only wants to tweak bids. You'll analyze performance, come up with campaign ideas, shape the creative, launch fast, and keep improving — using AI tools to work smarter along the way.

What you'll do

• Campaign management: Plan, launch and manage paid acquisition campaigns across Native and Adult platforms, and test new channels such as telegram and other performance partners.
• Budget ownership & scaling: Own significant monthly budgets, make allocation decisions and scale what works while hitting aggressive CPA and ROAS targets.
• Full-funnel performance: Look beyond the click — work with Product and BI to improve conversion, first orders, repeat purchases, subscriptions and LTV.
• Data analysis: Use our internal BI systems and analytics tools to spot trends, explain performance changes and turn insights into action.
• Testing & experimentation: Run continuous A/B tests on creatives, audiences, landing pages and funnels, with a clear test-and-learn approach.
• Creative ownership: Write ad copy, hooks and landing-page messaging, and work closely with Design and Content to brief, build and iterate on high-performing creatives.
• AI-driven efficiency: Use AI tools for research, creative ideation, automation and reporting to move faster and make smarter decisions.
• Market & compliance awareness: Keep up with platform changes, industry trends and advertising rules for health products in our markets.

What we're looking for

• 2 to 3 years of hands-on user acquisition or performance marketing experience in a B2C or high-growth company.
• Proven hands-on experience with Growth Channels , managing meaningful budgets and making optimization decisions.
• Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of CPA, ROAS, funnels, cohorts, retention and LTV.
• A test-and-learn mindset, with the ability to turn data into clear actions.
• Strong creative and marketing thinking — you enjoy writing copy and shaping ads, not only briefing them.
• Comfortable using AI tools to learn fast, automate work and improve results.
• A proactive self-starter who owns their domain and moves fast in a dynamic startup environment.
• Excellent written and verbal English.

Advantages

• Experience in telemedicine, health, e-commerce or subscription products.
• Experience with tracking and attribution tools (Binom/Keitaro).
• German language skills — a big advantage.
